Lauren joined Coles Chiropractic in 2021.

Lauren holds a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science with minor focuses in Nutrition and Dance. She has worked as a Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist as well as a Recovery Specialist in both wellness facilities and medical spa settings.

Her passion has always been centered around helping individuals reach their health and fitness goals and she is excited to continue to help people through SoftWave.
