Lauren joined Coles Chiropractic in 2021, bringing with her a strong foundation in exercise science and a deep commitment to holistic wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, with additional academic focus in Nutrition and Dance--an interdisciplinary background that informs her integrative and movement-focused approach to healing.

Lauren is a Certified Tissue Regeneration Therapist through both the International Society for Medical Shockwave Treatment (ISMST) and SoftWaveTRT. Her professional experience spans multiple dimensions of health and recovery, having worked as both a Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist and a Recovery Specialist in wellness centers and medical spa environments.

Throughout her career, Lauren has remained passionate about empowering individuals to reach their health and fitness goals. Her work is rooted in a belief that the body has an incredible capacity to heal when given the right tools and support.
